Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A patient who fails to attend or short notice cancels their appointment twice will lead to our practice being unable to continue to provide you with dental care services and any current treatment would be terminated.

As I am sure you will understand, missed appointments result in wasted surgery time as other patients are denied access to our clinical services.
